4) Greys Anatomy “Who’s Zoomin Who” – In Season 1, Meredith has just started her relationship with Derek and things are going okay. On this cliffhanger episode, his wife comes from out of town and announces she knows she is sleeping with Derek.
3) Friends “The One With Ross’s Wedding Part 2″ – In Season 4, Ross is getting married to Emily, who he has been seeing for a while. As they are saying their vows, Ross says “Itake thee RachelEmily”.
2) Alias “The Telling” – In the Season 2 season finale, at the end of the episode, Sydney Bristow wakes up in Hong Kong, and it is two years in the future. She does not remember anything from the past two years. She comes back to the States and the man she was in love with has married someone else. Everyone believed Sydney had died two years ago.
1) Dallas “A House Divided” – CBS came up with “Who Shot JR” for this episode. The main character JR Ewing was shot by a hidden assailant. The episode naming the assailant was put off for an extra three months because of an actors’ strike. It was one of the top rated episodes in history.The information doesn’t stop now.
